Green Horseradish Dressing
|Cottage cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onion tops||5 , cut into 1 inch lengths|
|Prepared dill weed||2 Teaspoon (Dry)|
1) In a food processor bowl with a metal blade, process the cottage cheese and yogurt until smooth.
2) Turn off the machine, scrape down sides of bowl, then add buttermilk, oil, onions, horseradish, dill, salt and pepper.
3) Process until the onion is pureed and well blended. Scrape down sides of bowl as required.
4) Store in a covered container in the refrigerator until serving time.
5) Use as required.
