Blue Cheese Dressing
|Bleu cheese||4 Ounce|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), pressed|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon, freshly ground|
1) In a food processor bowl with a metal blade, process the bleu cheese until smooth.
2) With the machine off, add the mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, pepper and salt and process for about 2-3 pulses until just mixed.
3) Store in a covered container in the refrigerator until serving time.
4) Use as required.
