Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 6 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, crushed
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add all ingredients, combine and shake well.
2) Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour until ready to serve.

SERVING
3) Serve chilled.
