Mango With Raspberrycheese Dressing
|Raspberries||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Yogurt cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Mango||1⁄2 Pound, pitted|
|Small mango||1⁄2 Pound, pared, pitted, and thinly sliced|
|Shredded coconut||2 Teaspoon, toasted|
1. In the blender bowl, add raspberries and puree it.
2.Take a small mixing bowl and sieve the pureed raspberries into the bowl and discard the seeds.
3.Add honey and yogurt cheese. Mix well.
4.Take a serving platter and arrange lettuce on it.
5. Then, arrange mango and coconut on top of the lettuce.
6.Drizzle the dressing made of yogurt cheese over the coconut and mango.
