Mango With Raspberrycheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Raspberries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yogurt cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Mango 1⁄2 Pound, pitted
  Small mango 1⁄2 Pound, pared, pitted, and thinly sliced
  Shredded coconut 2 Teaspoon, toasted
Directions

MAKING
1. In the blender bowl, add raspberries and puree it.
2.Take a small mixing bowl and sieve the pureed raspberries into the bowl and discard the seeds.
3.Add honey and yogurt cheese. Mix well.

SERVING
4.Take a serving platter and arrange lettuce on it.
5. Then, arrange mango and coconut on top of the lettuce.
6.Drizzle the dressing made of yogurt cheese over the coconut and mango.
