Ingredients
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Sesame paste 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Oriental)
  Soy sauce 5 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Hot chili oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dark oriental sesame oil 3 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Scallions 6 , sliced
  Cilantro 6 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned anchovies 2 Ounce, drained
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Scallions 2 , minced
  Dried thyme 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Ground black pepper To Taste
For raspberry walnut vinaigrette
  Raspberry vinegar 10 Cup (160 tbs) (1/2 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Extra-virgin olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Shallots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley minced
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Shallots 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely minced
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine all the ingredients to make the dressings, respectively.
2. Put the ingredients in a glass with cover.
SERVING
3. Shake well.
4. Pour the mixture over the salad.
