Fillets In Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 4 (Firm Textured White Fish)
  Firm white fish fillets 4
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Celery 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Finely chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Toast slice 4 , cubed
  Toasted bread slice 4
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lemon)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , rind grated
  Lemon 1⁄2 , grated rind
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

MAKING
2. In a pan saute onion and celery in oil and mix in remaining ingredients.
3. On the bottom of an oiled baking dish place 2 fillets, spread dressing over fish and top with remaining 2 fillets.
4. Dust the fish with paprika, then dot with margarine and bake for 40 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve hot with the desired garnish.
