Tuna Caper Dressing
|Canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, liquid drained (1 Can)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste, freshly ground|
|Capers||2 Tablespoon, drained|
1) In the container of a food processor or a blender, process a mixture of tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
2) Take a bowl; spoon the mixture into it and then mix in capers.
3) Refrigerate the dressing, covered, until chilled thoroughly.
4) Use as required.
