Beer Dressing For Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Diced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beer 12 Ounce (1 Can Or Bottle)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet heat oil and sauté onion for 10 minutes.
2) Add flour, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3) Stir the mixture and gently add beer and cook till thick.
4) Simmer on reduce heat for 5 minutes.
5) Cool in room temperature.

SERVING
6) Pour the mixture over warm cubed potatoes for salad.
7) Chill and serve.
