Fresh Mint Dressing

Ingredients
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Fresh mint leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a jar, place together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and mint.
2) Cover the jar with tight-fitting lid.
3) Shake the jar vigorously until mix well.

SERVING
4) Use the Fresh Mint Dressing, as desired
