Ingredients
  Wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped fresh tarragon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a jar, add all the ingredients listed, close tightly and shake well

SERVING
2. Serve as appropriate
