Zero Fat Herb Dressing

  Red wine vinegar/Sherry vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned tomato juice/V-8 juice 6 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Dried oregano/Dried savory 1 Pinch
  Dried savory/Dried oregano 1 Pinch
  Chopped fresh chives/Chopped fresh scallion, the white and part of the green 1 Tablespoon
  Minced italian parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or Use According To Taste)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Sugar 1 Pinch

1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Use a small wire whisk or large fork to whisk until ingredients are well blended. Alternately add the ingredients to a jar, close with tight fitting screw on lid and shake well.
3. Refrigerate the dressing until required, whisking or shaking well and removing the garlic clove before using.

4. Use the dressing for making quick and healthy tossed salads.
