Mint Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Mint jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Grated lime 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon (Or More)
Directions

MAKING
1) In an electric mixer or a blender, beat the mint jelly.
2) Add rest of the ingredients and blend well.
3) Refrigerate the dressing until chilled.

SERVING
4) Serve over avocado and grapefruit salads or as required.
