Ingredients
  Spring onions 8
  Button mushrooms 225 Gram (1/2 Pound)
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 8 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Chop the onions finely with a sharp knife and thinly slice the mushrooms.
2. Whisk together the other ingredients, then stir in the onion and mushrooms.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring once or twice before using.
