Blue Cheese Dressing with Strong Flavour

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Pint
  Vinegar/Lemon juice / mixed 1⁄4 Pint
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Danish blue cheese 4 Ounce, crumbled (Fresh)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender goblet, liquidize all ingredients and if required, dilute with a little water.
2) In a large screw-top jar, shake all ingredients to mix well.
3) Place in a cool place to store.

SERVING
4) Use as required.
