Yogurt And Onion Dressing

Ingredients
  Spring onion 4
  Natural yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Sea salt To Taste
Directions

1. Finely chop the spring onions, bulbs and greens, and stir into the yogurt.
2. Crush the garlic with a little sea salt and add to the yogurt, adding more salt if necessary.
3. Leave to stand for at least half an hour before serving.
