Sriracha Miso Dressing
|Fresh ginger piece||1 Inch|
|Yellow miso||3 Tablespoon (Shiro)|
|Rice vinegar||1 Tablespoon (Not The Seasoned Kind)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Asian chili sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Such As Sriracha Or Sambal Oelek)|
|Peanut oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Peel the ginger.
Drop the ginger into the blender and process until finely chopped.
Add the miso, water, vinegar, soy sauce, and chile paste; puree.
With the blender running, drizzle in the peanut oil to make a smooth, slightly thick dressing.
Serve or refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days.
