Sriracha Miso Dressing

Ingredients
  Fresh ginger piece 1 Inch
  Yellow miso 3 Tablespoon (Shiro)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon (Not The Seasoned Kind)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Asian chili sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Such As Sriracha Or Sambal Oelek)
  Peanut oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Peel the ginger.
Drop the ginger into the blender and process until finely chopped.
Add the miso, water, vinegar, soy sauce, and chile paste; puree.
With the blender running, drizzle in the peanut oil to make a smooth, slightly thick dressing.
Serve or refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days.
