Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and halved
  Minced parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced chives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced scallions 1 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh tarragon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Anchovy fillets 8 , rinsed, drained, and minced
  Mayonnaise 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Rub a small bowl well with cut sides of garlic; discard garlic.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well; cover and chill 1-2 hours.
Use to dress crisp green salads.
