Beef Salad With Caper And Parsley Dressing
|Salad leaves||200 Gram|
|Cherry tomatoes||175 Gram, halved|
|Roasted red peppers||5 , cut into strips (From A Jar)|
|Cooked beef roast slices||12|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole grain mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||5 Tablespoon|
1) Take a serving platter and arrange the tomatoes, salad leaves and red pepper on it.
2) Place the slices of beef on top of the vegetables.
3) Take a bowl and add the mustard, capers, parsley and rlemon juice along with oil, whisking to mix well.
4) Add the seasoning to it.
5) Drizzle the dressing over the beef and serve.
