Chicken Salad with Citrus Dressing

Ingredients
  Mesclun greens 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Loosely Packed For Measuring)
  Cherry tomatoes 4 , halved / quartered
  Cooked broccoli florets 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked chicken 6 Ounce
  Dark sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Canola oil 2 Teaspoon
  Unseasoned rice vinegar 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped fresh ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Combine greens, tomatoes, broccoli, and chicken in a bowl.
2. Pour sesame oil, canola oil, vinegar, orange juice, and ginger into a small jar and shake to combine. Add salt to taste. When ready to serve, shake dressing again and pour over salad.
