Country Style Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oleo/Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Crumbled cornbread 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Hard boiled eggs 6 , chopped
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned chicken broth 20 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 Ounce Each)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute onions, green pepper and celery in oleo until tender.
Combine with crumbled cornbread.
Add hard-boiled eggs, undiluted chicken soup and chicken broth.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix lightly.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees in buttered shallow casserole until light brown and crusty on top.
Serves 8.
