Low Calorie Fruit Dressing

|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled, bruised and stuck on a toothpick|
|Lemon juice||5 Tablespoon|
|Pineapple juice/Orange / tangerine juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1 Tablespoon|
Let garlic stand in lemon juice at room temperature 2 hours, then remove.
Beat in remaining ingredients, cover, and chill.
Shake well and use to dress fruit salads.
