Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mint 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Mix the honey into the lemon juice until it is smooth.
Add the oil and blend well.
Stir in the chopped mint and serve at once.
