Dijon Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (White Or Wine)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil And 3/4 Cup Olive Oil)
Directions

Place all ingredients except oil in ajar.
Shake well.
Add oil.
Shake again.
Taste.
Add additional mustard to taste.
Chill and serve.
