COOKED SALAD DRESSING
|Sunflower oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole-wheat flour||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Mix flour, salt, paprika, mustard and sugar.
Add to oil and cook for a few minutes.
Remove from fire and add soy milk.
Mix well and reheat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Cool slightly and add lemon juice very slowly stirring all the time.
