PEANUT SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients
  Roasted peanuts 2 Tablespoon, crushed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix ingredients together well.
Delicious with finely shredded cabbage, or lettuce, with potatoes or any other mixture of vegetables.
NOTE: For a more piquant flavour add half a teaspoon dry mustard and a little pepper.
