Pepper Dressing

Ingredients
  Sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton, Commercial Variety)
  Whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried green pepper flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Instant onion flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Dehydrated chives 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir properly.
2) Chill the dressing in refrigerator overnight.

SERVING
3) Serve alongside fresh vegetables.
