Spicy Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard-cooked egg 1 , peeled and chopped fine
  Minced onion/Scallion / chives 1 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped pimiento stuffed green olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or Minced)
  Chopped sweet green pepper 1 Tablespoon (Or Minced)
  Liquid hot red pepper seasoning 3 Drop
Directions

Mix all ingredients well, cover, and chill about 2 hours.
Use to dress crisp wedges of lettuce.
