Coleslaw With Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients
  Finely shredded cabbage 16 Cup (256 tbs) (Place In Tightly Closed Plastic Bag In Refrigerator)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 24 Ounce (2 Cartons)
  Nutmeg 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine dry ingredients; add vinegar, slowly stirring to make paste.
Add cream and lemon juice; stir to blend.
Refrigerate dressing and cabbage until ready to serve.
Combine.
Will serve 28 to 32.
