Low Calorie Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 1
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Yeast 1 Teaspoon (Bakon)
  Dehydrated horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Soybean oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Arrowroot/Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend ingredients in blender, add soybean oil.
Mix 2 teaspoons arrow root or cornstarch in water; boil until clear.
Let cool; add to dressing.
Add chopped parsley and chives; blend. (50 calories per tablespoon)
