Watercress Dressing

Ingredients
  Watercress 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), washed
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Pick leaves from watercress and mince; mix with remaining ingredients, cover, and chill 30 minutes.
Good over wedges of lettuce, Belgian endives, halved lengthwise, or a mixture of avocado, orange, and grapefruit sections.
