Ingredients
  Roquefort/Any other blue veined cheese 2 Ounce
  Lemons 2 (Grated Rind And Juice)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Cream/Half and half 6 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 6 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 6 Tablespoon
  Port wine/Madeira wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot water 6 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Push the cheese through a strainer until smooth, then mix with the remaining ingredients to form a creamy dressing.
This dressing may be served with vegetable salads as well as chicken, game and pasta salads.
