Boiled Salad Dressing
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne||To Taste (Few Grains)|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter/Other shortening||1 Tablespoon|
1) In the top of a double boiler, first mix salt, sugar, cayenne and mustard.
2) Now, add in the vinegar along with beaten eggs. Mix well.
3) Pour in milk and butter. Stir and cook till it becomes smooth and thick.
4) Remove the boiler top from heat and pour in the beaten egg whites.
5) Cool the dressing and serve as needed.
