Tangy Low Calorie Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mild yellow mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend cornstarch and water and heat and stir over moderate heat until thickened and clear.
Off heat, beat in remaining ingredients with a rotary beater or electric mixer.
Cover and chill well.
Shake before using.
