Fresh Basil Mint Dressing

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh basil 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Fresh mint 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Place oil in a small bowl, add herbs, and let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour.
Mix in remaining ingredients and use to dress sliced tomatoes or crisp salad greens.
