Watermelon Salad With Celery Nut Dressing

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce, softened (1/2 Of A 8 Ounce Package)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely diced celery 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Watermelon balls 4 Cup (64 tbs), chilled
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a large bowl, take some cream cheese and beat until it turns fluffy.
2)Add mayonnaise to the cream cheese and blend well.
3)In another bowl, beat whipping cream until peaks begin to form.
4)Fold this cream into cream cheese mixture.
5)Add celery and blend.
6)Using a small spoon, scoop out small watermelon balls and place into champagne glasses or on to lettuce leaves.
7)Add the cheese cream dressing onto melon balls.

SERVING
8)Garnish with chopped pecans.
9)Serve with main course meals.
