Low Calorie Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients except sugar and blend well.
Add sugar to taste.
Good on lettuce-and-tomato or cottage-cheese salad.
Makes 1 cup.
