Camembert Cream Dressing
|Camembert cheese||4 Ounce, trimmed of rind and softened to room temperature|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened to room temperature (1 Package)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tarragon vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Cream cheeses together, add remaining ingredients, and beat well; cover and chill 1-2 hours.
Beat well just before serving.
Use to dresi any crisp green salad.
