Ingredients
  Camembert cheese 4 Ounce, trimmed of rind and softened to room temperature
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened to room temperature (1 Package)
  Buttermilk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream cheeses together, add remaining ingredients, and beat well; cover and chill 1-2 hours.
Beat well just before serving.
Use to dresi any crisp green salad.
