|Cornbread mix||1 , baked and crumbled (1 Package Gladiola)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Celery stalks||2 , chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Oleo||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Poultry seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Prepare cornbread according to package directions.
Saute vegetables in oleo until soft.
Mix with crumbled cornbread and add egg, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Moisten with broth.
Place in a greased casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve with giblet gravy.
May be prepared a day ahead.
