Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Tarragon vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)
  Crumbled dried tarragon 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Minced parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs), lightly packed
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place in blender, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and mustard.
Cover and blend a few seconds.
Remove cover and with motor running slowly, pour in the oil in a steady stream, blending until smooth.
Add anchovies, tarragon and garlic salt.
Blend.
Add chives, green onion and parsley and blend until finely minced.
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar and sour cream.
Blend just a few seconds.
Makes 3 cups.
