Ingredients
  Dry wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Red / White)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Red / White)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled, bruised, and stuck on a toothpick
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Powdered mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Mix wine, vinegar, and garlic, cover, and let stand at room temperature 2 hours; remove garlic.
Beat in salt, mustard, and pepper, then drizzle in oil, beating constantly.
Shake well and use to dress green salads.
