Sirloin House Dressing
|Salad oil||4 Ounce|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 1⁄4 Tablespoon (Extracted From 2 Large Sized Lemons)|
|White pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Avocados||2 Medium (Use Average Sized)|
|Shallots||3 (Use Tops Only)|
|Garlic powder/Fresh garlic||To Taste|
|Anchovy fillets||1 Ounce|
Blend eggs and mustard together.
Add oil and mix thoroughly.
Add tabasco, lemon, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
Mix well with ingredients.
Remove stones and peel avocados.
Cut shallot tops from shallots and peel garlic.
Grind all together with the anchovies into a smooth paste.
Add to above, blending gently but thoroughly.
Add mayonnaise and saffron and mix thoroughly.
Pour in container and chill for two hours.
Serve as a dip or dressing for Green Salad.
