Chuntney Dressing

A delicious appetizer, this Chutney Dressing takes in a blend of onions, tomatoes, stalks celery and flavored using the best seasonings.
Ingredients
  Onions 5 Medium
  Tomatoes 3
  Celery 3
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Skin tomatoes and add sugar. Let it stand for a few minutes.
2. Chop onions and celery.

MAKING
3. In a pan, heat oil.
4. Add onions and celery and brown it lightly.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook gently for 15 minutes. Stir it occasionally.

SERVING
6. Serve Chutney Dressing with salad or a hot snack.
