|Minced shallots||3 Teaspoon|
|Dijon mustard||6 Teaspoon|
|Coarse black pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry red wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.In a bowl, put egg yolks, shallots, mustard and pepper.
2.Add oil gradually and stir the ingredients well to make the mixture thickt as mayonnaise.
3.After adding the oil, put red wine and vinegar.
4.Allow the dressing to set for an half an hour.
5.Once set, put salt and vinegar to suit the taste.
6.Use on salads.
