Cashew Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Cashew 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 4 Tablespoon
  Cumin powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Soy lecithin 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar take all the ingredients and blend well.
2. Take out the dressing from the jar and place in an airtight container.

SERVING
3. Pour the dressing over your favorite vegetable or fruits and serve.
