Hijiki with Broccoli & Creamy Garlic Dressing
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Broccoli stems and florets||2 Cup (32 tbs), peel and dice the stems|
|Hijiki||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked|
|Shredded beets||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Can Use A Cheese Grater Or Food Processor)|
|Creamy garlic dressing||To Taste|
Bring water to a boil, add broccoli stems and cook until bright green or 2- 3 minutes. Remove stems with a slotted spoon and drain in a colander. Repeat with broccoli florets for 1-2 minutes. Add hijiki to the water and cook 15 minutes. Combine with Creamy Garlic Dressing and garnish with grated beets.
