Ingredients
Mango dressing
  Mango 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dates 4 Large
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Mango thai dressing
  Dates 4 Medium
  Scallion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cashew 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
For serving
  Green salad 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

FOR MANGO DRESSING
MAKING
1. In a blender, add mango pieces and water. Blend till smooth.

SERVING
2. Pour it over a salad of your choice of greens and serve.

FOR MANGO THAI DRESSING
MAKING
1. In a blender, combine mango, cashew, scallions, ginger and dates. Blend till smooth.

SERVING
2. Pour it over a green salad and serve.
