Carrot And Celery Slaw With Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Kosher salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Carrots 6 , shredded to make 2 cups
  Celery stalks 2 , thinly sliced to make 1 cup
  Fresh chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, mustard, garlic and salt.
2. Add the carrots, celery and chives and toss.
