Carrot And Celery Slaw With Yogurt Dressing
|Plain yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Kosher salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Carrots||6 , shredded to make 2 cups|
|Celery stalks||2 , thinly sliced to make 1 cup|
|Fresh chives||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, mustard, garlic and salt.
2. Add the carrots, celery and chives and toss.
