Microwave Classic Dressing
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg yolk||1 , beaten|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Pour milk into a 4-cup glass measure.
Blend in cornstarch, sugar, mustard, salt, paprika and pepper, mixing well.
Microwave 3 minutes; beat smooth.
Microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until thick, stirring after 30 seconds; beat smooth.
Stir a little of the warm mixture into egg yolk.
Then pour egg yolk into hot mixture.
Microwave on medium 1 to 2 minutes until thick.
Stir in vinegar and oil; beat smooth.
