Ingredients
  Tahini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Large, crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all Ingredients in a blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate.
