Thousand Island Dressing Using Apple Cider Vinegar

Ingredients
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet relish 2 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked egg 1 , finely chopped
Directions

In medium bowl, blend mayonnaise with vinegar, sugar and ketchup. Fold in relish and egg. Cover; refrigerate. Serve over head lettuce, salad greens or sliced tomatoes.
